We are seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our boutique team at The Strand Arcade. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves luxury fashion, enjoys building genuine client relationships and thrives in a premium retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will deliver a personalised styling experience while supporting the boutique in achieving sales and service excellence. You will become a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them find pieces for life's most memorable occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from arrival through to aftercare.

Build meaningful and lasting relationships with clients through styling appointments and proactive follow-up.

Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team success.

Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and VM standards.

Support stock management, replenishment and operational excellence.

Work collaboratively with the wider retail team to uphold the Rachel Gilbert brand standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in luxury, premium fashion or high-end retail.

A natural ability to connect with people and create memorable client experiences.

Strong styling confidence with an eye for detail.

Sales driven with a genuine passion for achieving results.

Professional, polished and proactive.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
