Rachel Gilbert accepts returns for online orders on all full price items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted unless deemed faulty.
Please ensure that before initiating your return that your return meets the following criteria (unless deemed faulty):
- Order has been received within 7 days
- Item is in new and unused condition
- Item has all original tags attached
- We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale.
- For health and safety precautions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless deemed faulty.
